Saturday Night Rumble for 8/7/99

T-Dogg Interview

T-Dogg Rodriguez came out and told Blake Richards that tonight SanMan will be going up against Just Damane, and the main event would be Blake richards vs. T-Dogg Rodriguez. He walked out with a smile on his face because he knew what was coming.

Triple T vs. Seth Morrison

This match was very careless on Seth Morrison's part. Too Tough Trevis came away with the victory with a couple of hard blows to the midsection and finished it up with a DDT. If Seth Morrison doesn't show improvement soon, he could be on the cut list.

Matt Matthews vs. Dan the Man

This match was very quick as Dan the Man came out stumbling around like normal. Then the real music starts up as Matt Matthews walks out. He gets in the ring and told Dan the Man that he isn't going to fight a jobber. Then Dan the Man shook his hand and hit him in the head. this made Matt Matthews very mad as he came with three punches to the head, a throw into the ropes, one Big Boot, and then a Legdrop for the 1, 2, 3.

Psycho Carl vs. Busta "Da Man" Wright

What a great classic match this was between the two rivals. Psycho Carl came out with his buddy Sharky, and he started up on Busta as soon as he got out there as he broke Sharky once more over Busta's head, but that didn't slow down Busta. Busta came back with some moves up his own sleeve. Shots with Garbage cans, boards, name it, they used it in this match. But we saw a side of Busta we had never seen before as he went to the outside, setup a half inch thick piece of plywood and threw Psycho Carl through it. Busta pinned him for the 1, 2, 3.

San Man Martinez Interview

San Man came out and said just about the same thing that T-Dogg said earlier. About the Main Event and the Semi Main Event and he made a few remarks towards Blake Richards.

The Ridicule vs. Big Jimmy

Big Jimmy came out proud and holding his honor for his people and country, but on the other hand, The Ricdicule came out determined and ready to beat some ass. This match wasn't long either, but it was a hell of a fight. Big Jimmy put on one of his best performances against this scary individual, but in the end. Implant DDT ended the match for the 1, 2, 3.

Blake Richards/Just Damane Interview

Blake Richards and Just Damane came out with a smile. First smile we had seen from Blake Richards in a while, but he came out, got to the point and left with an ovation.

Dake Summers vs. So Cool Intercontinental Championship Match

This was a very great match between the two. The announcers had some fun during this match but it was mediocre. At the end though, So Cool came away with a victory over Dake Summers and kept his title.

Semi-Main Event

San Man Martinez vs. Just Damane LightHeavyweight Title Match

This was a great match as San Man Martinez was joined by Money Too Easy's own T-Dogg Rodriguez and their mascot Steve the Dingo. At that time, Just Damane came out with Blake Richards at his side. This match had some high-flying action. blake Richards and T-Dogg exchanged some wordson the outside, but it just got them pumped up for the main event, but after a briefcase shot to the back of the head of Just Damane by T-Dogg. that just pissed Blake Richards off as he came in and cleared MTE from the ring.

MAIN EVENT

T-Dogg Rodriguez vs. Blake Richards

This was a very brutal match. First T-Dogg came out with a grin on his face knowing what was coming. Then Blake Richards came out with attitude and charisma and got on the second rope and celebrated. Suddenly from the back, Skyscraper made an unscheduled appearance as he hit Blake Richards w/ a metal bar in the back of the knee. Blake Richards fell to the mat, and here came the T-Dogg Elbow. T-Dogg then picks him up and puts the Busting Frame on him for the 1, 2, Oh my God kickout by Blake richards. T-Dogg then grabs the briefcase and smacks Richards upside the head a couple of times. Then the Porn Star made his appearance after a injury that he is still suffering and he chased Skyscraper away from the ring as Blake richards hit The Legend for the 1, 2, 3.

Overall Summary

This was a very good Saturday Night Rumble.
